While we didn’t walk away with G1 Goodwood glory, last Saturday’s Morphettville meeting still proved fruitful, thanks to Regal Azmon’s breathtaking G3 Cummings Stakes success.

Owned by great supporters of the stable in Regal Bloodstock, Regal Azmon is now bound for the Queensland Carnival, and will contest the G3 Lord Mayor’s Cup with Blake Shinn in the saddle.

Prancing Spirt secured a well-deserved victory for the team at Fulmen Park in the final event at Caufield with hard-working apprentice Hannah Edgley in the saddle.

In this week’s Stoked! preview podcast Racing Manager’s Nick Pinkerton and Jackson Frantz dive a little deeper into our contingent of runners set for next fortnight’s Eagle Farm meeting and preview this Saturday's runners at Flemington and Morphettville.

Those destined for the Sunshine State include the aforementioned Regal Azmon, Bennett Racing duo Stay Focused and Zaszou, who are bound for the G3 Fred Best Classic and the Listed Helen Coughlan Stakes respectively.

OTI Racing and Aralet’s Femminile, who is also entered for the Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale, will line up in the G1 Queensland Derby.

Zebella is our sole runner at Flemington on Saturday and will be partnered by Hannah Edgley when she steps out over 1200m in Race 3, while Cheval Chic, who was slated to tackle the same race, will head to Adelaide to contest a 1400m event (Race 5) that she looks superbly placed in.

Other notable runners at Morphettville on Saturday include the talented but enigmatic I Am Velvet and ever-consistent Prinzerro in Race 7.
