Pakenham Complex

• Our two-tiered state-of-the-art Pakenham-based training complex with an agistment and spelling farm only 5 minutes from the stable provides cutting-edge amenities designed for peak equine performance. Allowing horses to thrive in both stable and farm environments.

Morphettville Base 

• With our dual-state operation, we maximise opportunities for every horse. Our Morphettville training base, led by Phillip’s son Tommy and trusted assistant Adam Brewster, whose loyalty to us spans 20 years, ensures a seamless system across Victoria and South Australia.

• We have facilities for 30 horses in full training comprising a mixture of boxes and day yards. The stable complex also includes an eight-horse covered walker with rubber matting. We also utalise the facilities at the nearby Morphettville racecourse, which include multiple training surfaces, water walker, swimming pool and sand rolls.

• With decades of experience and meticulous race planning, we strategically place your horse where they can win. No wasted runs, no poor placement - just campaigns that aim to maximise your horse’s earnings potential each preparation.

• Enjoy regular updates with videos, race previews, and direct insights from Phillip and our team. Stay involved, informed, and excited every step of the way.
• If your horse isn’t going to "make the grade" Phillip will make that call sooner rather than later, saving you tens of thousands of dollars in wasted training fees.

• Phillip is still very much a ‘hands-on’ trainer and it is important to him that he can touch every horse every day. His focus will always be on ‘quality over quantity’ and when you race a horse with Stokes Racing you can rest assured that your trainer sees your horse every day
